By using this site, applying for membership, or submitting an opportunity, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About the Chamber

The Economic Zones Chamber is a pan-African trade chamber for special economic zones — a unified voice for developers, operators, tenants and service providers across the continent's industrial ecosystem.

Using This Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form (membership applications, opportunity submissions, enquiries, event registrations);
• Attempt to bypass the site's security measures, including its spam and abuse protections; or
• Scrape, republish or redistribute the site's directory, opportunity or publication content at scale without our written permission.

Membership

Membership tiers, benefits and eligibility are described on our Membership page. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — approval is at the Chamber's discretion. Once approved, you're responsible for keeping your member account details accurate and your login credentials confidential.

Investment Opportunities & Directory Listings

The Chamber's Directory and Investment Opportunity listings are provided to help connect developers, operators, tenants and investors — they are informational, not investment advice, and not an offer or solicitation of any kind. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't independently verify every detail submitted by zones, members or investors, and we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or outcome of any opportunity listed. Anyone considering an investment or partnership arising from this site should carry out their own due diligence. The Chamber is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any agreement reached between parties introduced through the site.

Content You Submit

If you submit an investment opportunity, membership application, or any other content through the site, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitted content may be reviewed, edited for clarity, or published on the site at the Chamber's discretion, and may be removed at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Chamber's name, logo and site design belong to the Economic Zones Chamber. Partner and member logos and marks belong to their respective organisations and are used with permission. Publications in the Knowledge Centre are made available for individual reference; please don't redistribute or republish them without our permission.
